Erin has been with SERVPRO since 2006. She handles the company finances. Erin earned her degree in Business Management, with a focus on Accounting, from the Lansdale School of Business. She has enjoyed the challenges of the ever changing atmosphere that the industry brings. She also enjoys spending time outside and going to Phillies games with her husband and 3 children.
Megan is the Office Manager of SERVPRO of Lansdale and has been with us for several years. Megan's previous experience of running a housekeeping and janitorial department in a large nursing home prepared her for the fast paced, ever changing environment of disaster restoration. She encourages a team atmosphere in the office. In her spare time she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
Jeff is our IICRC Certified Production Manager who oversees all the Crew Chiefs and Technicians. Jeff has been in the customer service industries mixed with construction throughout my work history. Skills learned along the way such as problem solving, trouble shooting, and being able to adapt to change, have helped to develop him in his current position. He is proud to be part of the SERVPRO WLBB team since 2016. He has gained a lot of knowledge in his time here and looks forward to learning more every day. At home, I enjoy music and playing guitar alongside my friends and family.
Zach is our lead Estimator, and has been with the company now for almost 3 years. He started with SERVPRO in 2017 as the Compliance Manager before moving into his current position. He graduated from Temple University in 2010, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from their College of Liberal Arts. He has lived in the area his entire life, and looks to deliver quality service to all customers that he comes into contact with.
Leanne started in the damage restoration field working as a technician for many years. Then moved into an office position working as Administrative Assistant for a small family owned water softening business. She has been with SERVPRO for a little over a year as our Compliance Manager. She does a great job making sure the office and crew in the field stay compliant with insurance guidelines. In her free time, she loves spending time with her kids and dogs.
Doug is part of our Construction Team. He studied building construction at Pennsylvania College of Technology. Having started his career as a carpenter, he has enjoyed the progression into his current role as a Construction Manager for SERVPRO of Lansdale. He is motivated in providing the best possible service for his customers. In his spare time, Doug enjoys spending time outdoors with his family playing sports and spending time in the gym.
Eric Headley is one of our Construction Managers. He has been with us for a little over a year. He comes to us with 15 years experience in remodeling and construction. When he used to live in Florida, he was a Project Superintendent for Disney working on projects such as Frozen, King Kong Islands of Adventure and the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. He also worked for Sunburst Shutters as their Southeastern Florida Territory Manager. Eric is a former Junior Olympic Volleyball Coach and professional beach volleyball player internationally and domestically. Now he spends his time with his son and wife since returning to PA in March 2018.
James began his journey with SERVPRO of Lansdale in October of 2012, as the construction scheduler. The main focus was customer service. In 2014, we restructured our departments and James accepted a position in Business Development. His current role is a bit different from the first, but the focus is the same. Provide service that exceeds the customer’s expectation. James now enjoys the opportunity to share about what we offer as a restoration service, and does that with a confidence that we will deliver. His work schedule is balanced on the other end of life with enjoying time with his wife of 36 years, and playing music with his worship team at church, drumming and singing.
Dina is the newest member of our Business Development Team. Her background consists of many years in the construction industry and commercial insurance. She also worked for the Chamber of Commerce for many years. Throughout the years she has developed many relationships through networking and volunteering. She has also volunteered and served on the board for the Gift of Life International and is a Rotarian.
