Water Damage in Retirement Community

This apartment in a local retirement community was affected by a water damage. SERVPRO of Lansdale, Warminster, and Blue Bell was able to get there within 2 hours, start the mitigation process and dry out. Our crew helped the Retirement Community staff relocate this tenant, we could begin our work. What you can't see in this photo, is the saturated floor bowing up and the drywall soaked from the water coming down from above. We removed the affected material after moving the tenants belongings and protecting them with plastic. Then our Reconstruction Department went in immediately after for the rebuild so there were able to get the resident back into their apartment in a reasonable time frame.
